Objective:
To familiarize participants with the Project Administration Manual and Procurement Plan of the Clean Plant Program (CPP), enhancing understanding of procurement procedures and the financial management system.

- Participants: Approximately 30 representatives from ICAR HQ, IARI, ICAR Institutes (proposed CPCs for Grapes and Apple), Scientists, Administrative and Finance Departments, the National Horticulture Board, and an ADB team with international experts.
Outcome:
The workshop featured an inclusive roundtable discussion that helped all attendees grasp the necessary processes and resulted in satisfactory feedback on the learning outcomes.
