The Workshop was organized with an objective to understand a framework for introducing clean planting materials, aimed at preventing significant environmental damage and financial loss for horticulture farmers. This knowledge was imparted by global scientific leaders from USA, Canada, Netherland, Australia. They engaged in an interactive discussion to identify the most appropriate model for implementation of CPP in India.

The workshop was held on 30th to 31st, January, 2023, at Hotel Vivanta Ambassador in New Delhi. Approximately 70 attendees included representatives from nurseries, ICAR and line departments, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers’ Welfare, National Horticulture Board, ADB team, and international experts from the USA, Canada, the Netherlands, and other countries.
